Where can I find a relatively cheap golf club or golf club set?

I need golf clubs, and I'm on a budget. I need a complete Set of clubs, enough for beginners. Is there somewhere I can find without ordering online?

I am 17 and am interested in golf, but clubs need a set top. What factors should I consider before choosing a package? What do you suggest?

The purchase was a gift for my brother-in-law, who's a huge golfer and a dedicated weekend/summer barbecue guy. I don't think he's used them yet, but they were a hit with everyone at the party!

This is a really nice set of grilling tools with golf grips. I think the nicest thing about them is that if your golfer has a set type of grips that he/she uses it would be fairly easy to put those grips on. It is a very nice set. Only draw back is perhaps the tongs are not as springy as a standard pair but otherwise very nice set!
