I need help to drop a couple more (a lot) a stroke?

ok well im am 14. I tried last fall to my team at school secondary and I shot a 88 on the first day of fitness tests and that is what I usually golf. but the coach was like u need to do better if u want to play on Varsity but not could do better. So the next day, I stay at this day have no idea what happened. I golfed a 116 !!!!! I've never played golf as bad all my life. Then I cut and really ruined my confidence. but I'm in a league that is now under 90 league and I havent played much golf this year, but I have to drop strokes quickly so if you have ideas that need. PPL pressure there all the time! 150yds short game practice and chips, pitches, balloons, putts. While the practice of a game too long. practice atleast every second day. Think about your mistakes and correct, and then practice. clubs have less to do with how to play over the foundations and practice.
