Tool Ball Marker

What tool would you recommend for the design sketches?

What is a tool for this? (a simple ink pen, a marker permanent, etc.) and what brand? "I'm just an aspiring artist and can not find the best tool to help me in my work. Some of my job ruin because it stains ink stain or spot, some come from the markers and Order. Help. Thank you very much! I use a simple .5 -. 4 mm mechanical pencil. Pens are actually one of my favorite drawing tools. With the kind of right, which may vary line width, and some of them tonal variations. The best pens I've used (and still use) are the pilot-Tec C Max. They make them in different sizes so you can get super small lines of very detailed work, or a thick sheet of Nice. You do not bleed into the paper at all, are very precise. No staining or even dribble. The only problem with Hi-Tec C is that it is hard to come here to get in the U.S..
